Booking Policy

Advance Reservations: We recommend booking your vehicle at least 48 hours before your travel date from Kathmandu to Chitwan to guarantee availability.
Confirmation: A booking is officially confirmed only after we receive the advance deposit and send you a confirmation message or email.
Trip Details: Please provide the exact number of passengers, luggage details, and your specific pick-up location in Kathmandu and drop-off point in Chitwan when making the reservation.
ID Requirement: The lead passenger needs to present a valid government-issued ID (Citizenship, Passport, or Driving License) before departure.

Payment Policy

Advance Deposit: To secure your vehicle, a 30% advance deposit of the total fare is required at the time of booking.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the trip begins. You can pay this directly to the driver in cash or through online transfer.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank deposits, and digital wallets such as eSewa and Khalti.
Toll and Parking Fees: Standard tolls and parking fees along the Kathmandu-Chitwan highway are included in the final price unless otherwise stated during booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure time to receive a full refund of your advance deposit.
Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, 50% of the advance deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
No-Show: If passengers do not arrive at the agreed pick-up location and time, the full advance deposit is non-refundable.
