1. Introduction Welcome to Nepal Vehicle Hiring Pvt. Ltd. By booking our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or directly via our office.
• A valid government-issued ID is required for booking confirmation.
• Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm reservations, with a balance payment due before the rental period begins.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days before the rental date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 15  days will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking amount.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 3 days of the rental start time will be issued.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Vehicle Usage and Responsibility

• Vehicles must only be driven by the person(s) listed in the rental agreement.
• The renter is responsible for any damages, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
• Unless otherwise agreed, vehicles with a full fuel tank should be returned in the same condition as rented.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

5. Insurance and Liability

• Our vehicles are covered by basic insurance, but renters are encouraged to purchase additional coverage for their protection.
• Nepal Vehicle Hiring Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the rental period.
• Any accident or damage must be reported immediately to our support team.

6. Rental Duration and Extensions

• The rental duration is based on the itinerary you have requested or provided.
• Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and must be requested at least 12 hours before the rental period ends.
• Late returns will incur additional charges.

7. Driver and Passenger Conduct

• All passengers must wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion.
• The driver must comply with all local traffic laws and regulations.
• Nepal Vehicle Hiring Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the vehicle is used for illegal purposes or reckless driving.

8. Breakdown and Emergency Assistance

• In case of breakdowns, immediate assistance is available via our 24/7 helpline.
• If a vehicle cannot be repaired on-site, a replacement vehicle will be provided, subject to availability.

9. Privacy Policy

• Personal information provided during booking will be securely stored and used only for service-related purposes.
• We do not share customer data with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

• The laws of Nepal govern these terms and conditions.
• Any disputes arising from the rental agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Nepal.

11. Amendments

• Nepal Vehicle Hiring Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
